If any persons or institutions claim to have any charge, encumbrance, right, interest or entitlement of whatsoever nature over the undermentioned property or any part thereof, they should make known the same in writing with evidence thereof to the undersigned within 15 days from the
date of publication of this notice, failing which any such purported claim, interest, encumbrance or demand shall be deemed to have been waived and/or abandoned for all intents and purpose
